The Braddock Flex Manufacturing and Cold Storage Facility is a 58,045 sf that was constructed in 2020 for a robotic vertical farming company that ceased operations in 2022. The facility has highly specialized food production and cold storage infrastructure with technology that includes specialized refrigeration, HVAC an oversized power loads.

 

The scope is to fabricate the new facility with extensive grounding and all requirements needed for the automation inside to function properly.
