The Mintwood project is a 41,388 square foot renovation and tech-flex conversion of a former warehouse in Lawrenceville PA. The project includes a new roof and windows, masonry restoration, structural rehabilitation, elevator, stairs, toilet rooms, HVAC and electrical upgrades as well as new parking/loading.
